Curriculums to Help Teach Biology and Science, and
to Promote Appreciation for the Wildlife of South Texas

These wonderful environmental and science education curriculums were developed and donated by the late Ruth Martin. Ruth was a retired school teacher who loved nature and believed in the importance of environmental education.

You may download these curriculums and use them in your classrooms. We hope that they will prove helpful to you in the classroom, and inspire students to learn about nature and enjoy our Valley’s rich natural heritage

Richard Moore has offered the VNC the use his magnificent nature videos in our education programs. They are soon being incorporated into our school field trip curriculums. Teachers are encouraged to go to Richard’s web site and use these videos in the classroom to teach students about our awesome natural heritage in the Valley.
