Publications

The Valley Nature Center publishes a number of pamphlets, booklets, checklists, and DVD's of interest to Valley Naturalists and Visitors alike. These are produced in partnership with interested individuals or organizations in the Valley. We also offer publications published by partnering organizations. These publications are available to anyone at the VNC and in locations such as the World Bird Center, Santa Ana and Laguna Atascosa NWR and many other nature destinations in the Valley.

A Year in the South Texas Wildlands is the latest DVD production from Richard Moore. This awesome DVD was produced in partnership with the VNC. It takes the viewer on a 12 month adventure through the wildlands in South Texas, following the lives of White-tailed Hawks, Aplomado Falcons, and Great Horned Owls, just to name a few.
