2010 Monthly Birding Excursions

New for 2010 at the Valley Nature Center!  We will be offering informal organized birding trips to locations across the Valley.  By informal we mean, that you provide your own transportation or carpool and entry fees where required, plus provide your own lunch, snacks and drinks.  The VNC will lay out the monthly trip schedule, secure the guide, reserve the site, locate the trip meeting place and write up the trip itinerary.  Monthly Birding Excursions begin in January and continue through December, meeting the 2^nd Saturday of each month, with no trip in July.  There will be a $5 fee for members and an $8 fee for nonmembers.  For more information please contact the VNC @ (956) 969-2475.
